- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative (Remote) at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level customer service and empathy to customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
- Maintaining acceptable production levels as set by management.
- Providing details on discount services to help retain and save customers.
- Asking probing questions to discover the wants, interests, and needs of customers.
- Delivering bad news and de-escalating critical situations.
- Navigating multiple systems efficiently.
- Participating in ongoing training and self-development.
- Maintaining advanced knowledge of procedures, product information, and online resource tools.
- Maintaining regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhering to all company time and attendance policies.
- Participating in activities designed to improve business performance.

- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- The ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions.
- A strong heart and mind for servicing others.
- Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently serve customers.
- The ability to articulate in a professional and efficient manner.
- The ability to break down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for customers.
- The ability to be flexible with the hours of operation.
- Open and receptive to feedback from leadership.
- Motivation and ability to obtain self-upskilling and knowledge training.
- The ability to cross-reference job aids while assisting a customer.

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
- Knowledge of customer service software and systems.
- Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques.
