- *The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing product and order information, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service standards. You'll work closely with our backend teams to coordinate ordering, shipping, and returns, and will be responsible for managing customer complaints and providing timely solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to advocate for changes that improve the customer experience and complete assigned projects and training as needed.
- *Responsibilities**
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, chat, text, and email
- Enter customer orders from Shopify into our purchasing system accurately and quickly
- Provide product and ordering support to customers, answering questions and facilitating orders and returns
- Manage complaints and provide timely solutions, following up to complete resolution
- Resolve challenging customer issues with empathy and attention to detail
- Interact with backend teams to coordinate ordering, shipping, and returns
- Advocate for changes that improve the customer experience
- Complete assigned projects and training as needed
- Handle additional responsibilities to help operations run smoothly
- Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 2+ years of proven customer support experience
- Track record of transforming angry customers into dedicated clients
- Highly motivated and energetic with a solution-oriented mindset
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Team-focused, cooperative, friendly attitude
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Proficient in MS Office
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Campervan experience
- Experience working in an e-commerce call center
- Experience working with remote systems and practices
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, window installations, woodworking, and other RV or home repairs and remodeling
- Shopify, Office365, Google Business Suite, Zoom experience
- Degree in business, supply chain, writing, communications, or related field
