As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls. You'll work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment, using a computer and multiple computer programs to resolve customer challenges and provide exceptional service.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls from customers, resolving their challenges and providing exceptional service
  • Work with customers and sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Use a computer and multiple computer programs to navigate and resolve customer issues, including account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management
  • Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales growth
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to commute to our facility from your home
  • A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity
  • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
  • Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer programs
