• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and providing a warm and welcoming experience
• Operating the register and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Making purchase suggestions and promoting sales of arenaflex products
• Working with our food program and providing excellent customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interacting with customers and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
• Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and objectives

• *Your Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience preferred
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds; bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift; grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

• *Physical Requirements**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to perform the following physical tasks:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands

• *Hiring Range**

The hiring range for this role is $16.00 to $16.25 per hour.
