As a Customer Service Representative on our Shell team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, operating a cash register and lottery machine, tracking inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store and parking lot.   • Provides fast, friendly customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operates a cash register and lottery machine, accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Tracks inventory in cigarettes and lottery tickets, ensuring accurate counts and minimizing losses.
  • Cleans store and parking lot as needed, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Processes vendor deliveries and replenishes store product, ensuring timely and accurate restocking.
  • Completes daily paperwork, accurately accounting for all transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • *Requirements**
  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Physical dexterity required, with the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another
  • Ability to operate a computerized POS system
  • Basic math skills and written/verbal skills
  • Enthusiasm and team player attitude
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and a positive work environment

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and inventory management
