- *The Role**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering incoming calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals to deliver outstanding results.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming calls and communicate with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism
- Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone
- Maintain an above-average attendance record
- Follow established standard operating procedures
- Work collaboratively with a team of customer service representatives to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- *Schedule and Shifts**
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Shift Hours: 3:30pm - 12am
- Please note that all potential candidates must be flexible, as you may be asked to work a different shift from time to time.
- *Qualifications and Requirements**
- A high school diploma is required
- At least one year of call center experience is required
- Can be a team player
- Can work without direct supervision
- Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly
- Has a good work ethic
- Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette)
- Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Must be flexible
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous military experience is encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working in a medical or healthcare setting is an asset
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
