As a key member of our guest relations and operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring a 5-star experience. - **Guest Relations** + Provide comprehensive guest messaging using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests via phone, email, and messaging platforms.+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by delivering exceptional service and support.+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, and other platforms.
- **Company Tasks** + Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams.+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement.+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor.+ Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market operations.+ Assist with business financials and accounting tasks, including the onboard of accounting systems.
- *Essential Qualifications**
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in English with perfect grammar and communication skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, and experience with Guesty and/or HostAI.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Availability**: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, including Thursday and Friday evenings (3pm-11pm CST).
- **Reliability**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on reliability and punctuality.
