As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
  • Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborating with all support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives
  • Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks
  • Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment
  • Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures
  • Continuously climbing and descending stairs (for sites with stairs)
