As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to customers via telephone and email. Under the guidance of the Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for responding to inquiries regarding COBRA and billing eligibility for insurance plans, as well as general questions about policies and payments. Your excellent communication skills, politeness, and professionalism will be essential in delivering a courteous and helpful experience to our clients.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle incoming calls and make outbound follow-ups as needed, updating phone status accordingly.
  • Navigate between multiple systems, including phone software, documentation tools, and online resources.
  • Keep clear and accurate records of calls and actions.
  • *Work Environment and Schedule**

As a fully remote position, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM, providing a stable and predictable work environment.

  • Pay Rate: $16.29/hr (increases to $18.22/hr upon hire!)
  • Temporary position with a 6-month commitment

  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
