Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Cashier to join our remote team at careerzynith. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Schedule appointments and collect vehicle and customer information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and process R.O.'s, arrange towing and temporary transportation, and maintain automotive records.
- Process customer invoices and payments, and complete customer appointment reminder process.
- Stock parts and supplies, and maintain a clean and orderly customer service area.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:
- Light lifting (no more than 50 lbs.)
- Basic data entry and computer skills
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive-friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Basic estimating knowledge and product knowledge
- Quality focus, productivity, and a willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- Auto industry experience
- Previous customer service or cashier experience
- Knowledge of automotive systems and processes
