As a Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Associate, you'll be the face of our pet resort, interacting with clients, pets, and colleagues on a daily basis. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, promoting our products and services, and ensuring a positive experience for all our clients. - Provide world-class service to all our customers, human and pet alike
- Develop a thorough knowledge of each of our products and services, including packages, retail items, baths/grooming, and next reservations
- Promote sales and upsell opportunities to increase revenue and enhance client satisfaction
- Utilize exceptional communication and listening skills to defuse situations and communicate effectively via in-person, phone, and email
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment, including cleaning up after pets as needed
- Ensure that all clients have a positive experience, as you are often perceived as the "face" of our pet resort
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, ability to handle multiple challenges at once, and willingness to learn quickly
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for our furry guests, adhering to careerzynith's high standards for animal care
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in animal science, hospitality, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the pet care industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and pets
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, with open availability preferred
- Physical ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals and commitment to providing exceptional care and service

- Experience working with dogs, cats, or other small animals
- Knowledge of animal behavior, body language, and basic first aid
- Familiarity with pet care products and services, including grooming, training, and nutrition
