  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative/Order Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Order Entry**: Accurately and efficiently entering customer orders into our system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • **Order Shipment**: Coordinating with our logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely shipment.
  • **Invoicing**: Processing customer invoices and managing payment schedules to ensure timely payment.
  • **First Touch**: Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communications, resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • **Product Support**: Offering basic troubleshooting and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • **Freight Quotes**: Providing accurate and timely freight quotes to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible rates.
  • **Outbound PO Communications**: Coordinating with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • **Inbound/Outbound Logistics**: Managing carrier relationships and ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • **Field Customer Inquiries**: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Coordinate Shipping/Stock Transfers**: Coordinating with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipping and stock transfers.
  • **Sample Fulfillment**: Processing and shipping customer samples, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • **Customer Sales Inquiries**: Responding to customer sales inquiries and providing product information and recommendations.
  • **Stock Level Check**: Monitoring and reporting on stock levels to ensure timely and accurate inventory management.
  • **Communication of Shipment Status Change/Issues**: Communicating with sales teams to resolve shipment status changes and issues related to standard products.
  • **Other Duties**: Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations, ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service team.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • **Experience with Microsoft Office Software**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • **Data Entry Skills**: Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with attention to detail.
  • **Excellent Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve customer issues promptly.
