• *Job Description:**

As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Managing daily operations at our self-storage facilities, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance
• Selling storage units, packing and moving supplies, and other services to our customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Conducting daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits, maintaining accurate records and reports
• Making reminder and collection calls to customers, ensuring timely payments and minimizing delinquencies
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and policies

• *Physical Requirements:**

• Ability to transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Ability to walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Ability to perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping and mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal

• *Qualifications:**

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, preferably in a retail, restaurant, or fast food environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between work locations and other work-related business
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and inventory management
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
