As a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through our fully remote team. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems, making outbound calls, and receiving inbound customer calls. Your primary goal will be to identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department, ensuring that every interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.
- *Responsibilities**
- Handle customer service inquiries and problems through phone, email, or chat
- Make outbound calls through our dialer on specific-based mortgage campaigns, with a minimum of 50+ calls daily
- Receive inbound customer calls, identify customer needs, and route them to the appropriate department
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhere to careerzynith's policies, procedures, and quality standards
- *Qualifications**
- High School diploma or GED required
- 1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
- Outbound dialing and collections experience is highly preferred (ability to handle rejection)
- Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience preferred (not required)
- Telemarketing, Collections, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales preferred experience
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between Monday to Friday, 8am to 11pm EST, with occasional half-day shifts on Saturdays
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
