We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Supervisor to join our careerzynith team. As a key member of our Store Support Team, you'll be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to Team Members, training and developing their skills, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. - *Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Supervisor – Front End Support at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Supervising and delegating tasks to Team Members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the Store Support Team
- Working closely with the Team Trainer to train Team Members in a manner that builds and sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover
- Assisting in the training of new Team Members, utilizing learning checklists and training materials to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated store environment, including keeping all cases and shelves clean and organized
- Resolving difficult customer situations in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensuring all necessary breaks are given to Team Members and communicating attendance issues or concerns to the Team Leader and Store Leadership
- Communicating team concerns to the Team Leader and Associate Team Leader, and setting and achieving the highest standards of retail execution
- Fostering and encouraging a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale
- Maintaining awareness of customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers, and responding promptly to customer needs and questions
- Selecting, training, developing, mentoring, motivating, and counseling Team Members in a manner that sustains a high-performance team and minimizes turnover
- Providing timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations, and consistently communicating and modeling careerzynith vision and goals
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 12+ months retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Extensive knowledge of Store Support team procedures and policies
- Ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner
- Demonstrated advanced product knowledge, with awareness of new products and trends
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills
- Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures
- Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory
- Demonstrated decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate
- Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, with a proven track record of success
- Certification in customer service, leadership, or a related field
- Familiarity with careerzynith products and services
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
