As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in the quality assurance process of each case, working closely with dentists and operations personnel to ensure seamless communication and delivery of dental products. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Record and schedule work on the computer after assisting in opening and inspecting cases. Distribute cases to appropriate department.
  • Answer telephone, respond to inquiries, and notify customers of delivery times when necessary.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service/Data Entry team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dentists, and operations personnel to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • *Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with attention to detail and quality.
