  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required; additional languages a plus
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a motor vehicle services or insurance-related field
