As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly service and expert product knowledge to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project. You'll also maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensure they are clean, shop-able, and safe, and provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Provide fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
• Learn about products using our tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
• Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards
• Work in cooperation with Department Supervisors and other associates in their department as well as other departments
• Participate in sales and customer satisfaction initiatives to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive sales and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales initiatives to provide expert advice to customers

• *Essential Qualifications**

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

• Experience in a retail or sales environment
