Experienced Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor – Logistics and Supply Chain Expert

• *Job Summary:**

As an Experienced Customer Strategy & Engagement Solutions Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for analyzing incoming RFI's and RFP's, supporting sales teams in pursuing opportunities, and creating detailed P&L's and pricing files. You'll also participate in solution design, pricing, proposal, and presentation creation, sales collateral development, and sales reporting. • *Primary Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with sales, lines of service, and opco's to design creative business solutions that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
• Facilitate sales leads through the solution design, proposal, and pricing process, ensuring seamless communication and effective project management.
• Complete RFI and RFP responses, leveraging your expertise in logistics and supply chain management to develop compelling solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and utilize pricing models in coordination with sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Create and manage libraries for sales/marketing content, RFP and RFI responses, and PowerPoint presentations, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Design and implement reporting for sales pipeline and other ad-hoc reports, using Salesforce to track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of careerzynith.

• *Education and Experience:**

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in solution design, sales support, implementation, project management, facilitation, and strong MS Office Suite skills.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.

• *Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) to organize ideas and make clear, logical, and persuasive presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with management and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative and innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

• *Working Conditions:**

• Primary work environment will be in an office setting, with occasional work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds.

• Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, with pay based on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience.
• Pay Range: $58,656.00 (Min) - $83,787.00 (Mid) - $109,739.00 (Max) Yearly.
