As a Customer Success Manager (Americas), you'll be responsible for owning the customer journey, building deep relationships with customers, and guiding them every step of the way to get maximum value from our products and services. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

  • Own the customer journey from onboarding to renewal, ensuring seamless experiences and maximum value realization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives and challenges

  • Work closely with the customer success team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise
  • *Requirements:**
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success management or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and retention
  • Sales experience is highly valued, with a strong understanding of consultative selling and customer advisory skills
  • Business acumen and a passion for advising customers on how to achieve their goals
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
