- *The Role**
As a Customer Success Manager on our Robotics and Operations Excellence team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes from our robotic technologies and processes. You'll work closely with operations leaders at careerzynith's Fulfillment and Transportation Centers to identify operational pain-points and develop solutions that improve system performance and customer sentiment. You'll also collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization to drive execution excellence and ensure that our customers receive exceptional support.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement mechanisms and processes to enable your team to scale with a growing careerzynith network, build subject matter expertise, and innovate to address the needs of operations and careerzynith customers.
- Audit adoption and improve effectiveness of safe and effective careerzynith operational best practices within your portfolio or subject matter area of expertise.
- Identify and address trending operational performance issues and improvement opportunities, and implement solutions in the fulfillment network.
- Facilitate network-wide rollouts of new robotic technologies and tools, and support operations' launch of new robotic systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify requirements and capture "voice of the customer" product/service feedback to influence product design and development priorities.
- Coach site leaders on careerzynith best practices and robotics systems and tools.
- Travel up to 25-30% of the time to support customer-facing activities and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience
- Master's degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience preferred
- Strong technical acumen and program management skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
