As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers. You will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and tracking and managing customer renewals. Your analytical mindset and strong communication skills will enable you to gather and analyze customer feedback, collaborate with sales and product teams, and drive growth opportunities.
