- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Success Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering empathetic, solution-oriented support to careerzynith customers, reflecting an understanding of their needs and providing the best service and ordering experience.
- Collaborating effectively with internal partners (Sales, Product, Lab, Billing, and Operations) to resolve customer issues and ensure professional, timely communication.
- Effectively managing orders through review reports and/or dashboards, providing support case resolution for assigned orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Understanding and utilizing information from pathology reports and other relevant clinical documents to support the order process.
- Maintaining consistent documentation every day and following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Balancing workload while meeting responsiveness and resolution benchmarks, prioritizing work based on urgency and customer impact.
- Identifying and communicating opportunities for workflow or experience improvements, sharing insights from the field to contribute to product development and service enhancements.
- Approaching every interaction with empathy, patience, and a genuine focus on the customer experience.
- Communicating clearly and respectfully, both in writing and verbally, delivering professional telephone, email, and instant message etiquette.
- Actively listening and tailoring responses to different customer profiles and needs.
- Proactively using a problem-solving mindset to seek solutions and follow through to ensure resolution.
- Embracing change and remaining resilient in a dynamic startup environment.
- Demonstrating strong analytical and multitasking skills daily within a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of minimum customer service experience within healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory
- 3 years of minimum experience working in a collaborative environment
- Previous sales support experience preferred
- Understanding of clinical data and ability to convey sales and marketing messages
- Thorough knowledge of customer service practices and sales principles
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Zendesk preferred
