As a Customer Success Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your customers to achieve the full value of their careerzynith investments. This will involve working closely with our customers to identify additional Customer Success and Professional services, and partnering with our top-talented consultants, delivery leads, and architects to ensure the optimization of their investments and increase profitable revenue for careerzynith.

  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Work towards planning and exceeding customer success sales targets by coordinating all the sales team members to build an effective pipeline and execute each phase of the Value Selling process
  • Act as a careerzynith brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism
  • Collaborate with our global teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth and customer happiness

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
