- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Support daily communication with customers via phone, chat, email, and the careerzynith app
- Analyze customer success metrics to improve the overall customer experience
- Establish clear retention goals and milestones to work towards
- Minimize customer churn through proactive engagement and support
- Collaborate with our Designers and Community Managers to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Conduct customer development interviews to gather valuable feedback for our Product Team
- Process billing requests and facilitate upsells and cross-sells
- Assist with customer onboarding and training
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Document customer interactions and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- *What We're Looking For:**
- 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Self-driven, curious, and proactive nature with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Ability to think and type fast, remain calm under pressure, and make logical decisions
- Empathy and patience, with a strong listening skillset
- Experience with Hubspot and Intercom, with a willingness to explore new tools
- Proven track record of responsibility, organization, and multi-tasking
