  • *Primary Responsibilities of the Role**

As a Customer Support Advocate, your primary responsibility will be providing an exceptional experience to our customers by delivering answers to customer inquiries and helping troubleshoot various issues for a segment of arenaflex's product suite. Your expertise will be crucial in:

  • Offering customer solutions through email, chat, and phone services
  • Training and helping customers adapt to new software and updates that get pushed out frequently
  • Tracking issues/bugs that the customers are experiencing and communicating accordingly
  • Helping brainstorm and create better and more efficient/concrete processes for the team
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

As a fully distributed team, we require:

  • **Remote Work**: Work from a designated workspace with access to high-speed internet.
  • **Schedule**: Work 9:00a-5:30p Pacific Standard Time, with 1-2 weekend shifts a month.
  • **Location**: Be US-based and legally able to work full-time in the US. Sponsorships are not available at this time.
