- *Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing DMCA takedown requests and ensuring compliance with our content Community Guidelines
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and live chat (Intercom) in a timely and professional manner
- Reviewing flagged content to identify potential issues and improve content moderation pipelines
- Handling payment disputes from customers, including refunds, chargebacks, and identifying fraudulent activity
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support and community management
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues
- Experience with DMCA takedowns, customer support, and chargeback management is a plus
- A team player with excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support
