As a Customer Support Agent with careerzynith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, social media, and online chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer issues, provide timely and accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Processing customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service issues or customer concerns

  • *Compensation**
  • Starting pay is $16 an hour depending on experience, technical aptitude, typing skills
