As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the face of careerzynith, ensuring that every user interaction is positive, transparent, and honest. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Approaching user inquiries with a cool, open-minded approach and making sure their concerns are fully heard
  • Gathering information from users to efficiently reach solutions by cross-collaborating with teams from several different departments
  • Creating a lasting impression on every user through transparent, open, and honest communication
  • Assisting with Tier 1 level customer inquiries ranging from account creation to gameplay explanations
  • Delivering exceptional customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions
  • Offering comprehensive technical assistance to both Web and Mobile app users
  • Assisting in facilitating a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for users, ensuring their successful adoption of the app

  • 1-2 years of customer support or related experience

  • *Compensation and Benefits**

Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $18 and $20/hr.
