As an Experienced Customer Support Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by offering advice and recommendations to customers who require guidance in making their purchase decisions
  • Engaging with customers in a helpful and polite manner, providing guidance and solving issues they may have
  • Obtaining, transporting, and re-stocking merchandise in a safe and efficient manner
  • Providing safe and dependable assistance in moving merchandise for all parties
  • Aiding customers in loading their merchandise into their cars and restocking shelves for upcoming shoppers

As a full-time or part-time employee, you will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, any day of the week. A full-time schedule typically entails 39 to 40 hours per week, while part-time schedules require up to 25 hours per week. However, additional hours may be necessary based on the store's operational requirements.

  • *Physical Demands**

This role requires frequent lifting and moving of goods, necessitating safety precautions. You must be able to lift 25 pounds unassisted, but it is feasible to hoist more than that with or without aid.

  • *Minimum Qualifications**
  • Within a 6-month period, you have built up your competencies in using a computer, predominantly in executing data-related assignments such as data inputting, modifying, accessing, and outputting
  • Gained six-months' worth of expertise using widely-used retail technology equipment such as smartphones and tablets
  • Obtained sales-related licensure or registration is a necessary competence in the field
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Six months of experience in the retail sector
  • To be considered for a Loader position, candidates must have worked for at least six months in a home improvement or hardware retailer
  • To be eligible for consideration, applicants must have completed a 6-month period working in any department at a careerzynith retail store
  • Six-month-long experience in retail merchandising has exposed you to numerous responsibilities, including Zone Recovery, stocking, down stocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and housekeeping, which you are adept at
  • With half a year of proficiency in any domain, capable of inspecting, relocating, loading and discharging materials or goods from transportation modes
