  • *The Role**

As a Customer Support Representative in our Call Center Operations team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting franchised distributor customers in selecting automotive tools and toolboxes, providing expert guidance and recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Handling inbound calls, providing pricing details, part numbers, and troubleshooting issues with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Providing technical support by sharing information from our extensive catalog and trusted suppliers, ensuring customers receive the best possible solutions.
  • Inputting orders accurately using our internal software systems, ensuring seamless order processing and timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service team to resolve challenges and ensure seamless communication, leveraging your problem-solving skills to drive effective solutions.
  • Engaging with subject matter experts across departments for cross-functional problem-solving, driving innovation and excellence in our customer support operations.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication.
  • Flexibility to work from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, with a willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • On-the-job experience with general automotive mechanics is a plus, but not required.
  • Intermediate PC and keyboard skills, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret customer issues and troubleshoot effectively.
  • A positive attitude, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving results.
  • *Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, we're always looking for candidates with:

  • ASE certification, demonstrating a high level of expertise in automotive mechanics.
  • Automotive expertise, with a deep understanding of tools and related trade school degrees.
