As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, or chat. You'll also identify customer needs, help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs, and oversee the route optimization for technicians. - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
