  • Investigate and resolve issues with fountain equipment, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
  • Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction
  • Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventive maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed
