As a Customer Support Specialist – Voice and Chat, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner

- Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution

- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication)
- 2 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.)
