  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent details and ensuring accuracy in data capture.
  • Correcting errors and organizing information in a manner that optimizes swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored securely.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and resolving issues promptly.
  • Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to facilitate easy retrieval.
  • Handling additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, administration, or customer service.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and customers.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch-typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
