As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting a variety of data into our systems and databases. Your primary duties will include:
- Entering data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Contributing to discussions and meetings by completing written and/or oral instructions.
- Filling out written surveys provided for each panel.
- Testing and reviewing new products or services before they are released to the public.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Data Entry: + Accurately and efficiently input data into our systems and databases.+ Ensure data accuracy and attention to detail.+ Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Administrative Tasks: + Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.+ Provide support to the team as required.
- Communication: + Participate in discussions and meetings.+ Complete written and/or oral instructions.+ Fill out written surveys provided for each panel.
- Product Testing and Review: + Test and review new products or services before they are released to the public.+ Provide honest feedback on products and services.
- *Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk will be advantageous.
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.).
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- *Requirements:**
- A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop.
- High-speed internet connection is necessary.
- Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
- Data entry clerk experience is not compulsory.
- Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet access and a quiet workspace.
