- *Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our document management system, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain the accuracy and efficiency of our document management system
- Sort and prepare documents for scanning
- Scan documents and enter information into our database
- Validate scans for accuracy and ensure data integrity
- Assist with retrieval of scanned documents
- Assist with mail distribution throughout the department
- Assist with preparation and distribution of preferred rate catalogs
- Assist with sorting and distribution of department invoices
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Formal Education: High School diploma or GED
- Experience: 6 months or less
- Required / Credentials:
- Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers
- Basic computer skills to include ten key, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, and Internet
- Must be able to comprehend, speak, and write the English language
