As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • **Data Entry**: Accurately enter financial and account balance data provided by financial institutions, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • **Record Maintenance**: Keep detailed records of data entry tasks.
  • **Deadline Management**: Process data within the same day of receipt, adhering to strict service level agreements.
  • **File Handling**: Rename and split large files promptly after training.
  • **Mail Operations**: Operate envelope inserters and other mail equipment efficiently.
  • **Mail Sorting**: Sort incoming mail by type of data.
  • **Follow-up**: Contact financial institutions regarding requests with missing account information, including phone communication if necessary.
  • **Mail Pickup**: Occasionally pick up mail from the nearby Post Office.
  • **Additional Duties**: Perform other department responsibilities as required.
