As a Data Entry Specialist – EHR Transition, you will be responsible for accurately extracting and entering clinical data into a new EHR platform. Your tasks will include:

• Extracting and entering clinical data (e.g., demographics, medications, diagnoses, visit notes) into a new EHR platform
• Sourcing material from PDF files and exported records from a previous EMR
• Adhering to structured templates and naming conventions
• Working within a secure, HIPAA-compliant environment (e.g., via remote desktop or secure cloud system)
