• *Key Responsibilities:**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist on our Transportation Analytics team, you will be responsible for:

• Working with large, complex data sets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions
• Developing data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
• Engaging with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and share insights, partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business outcomes
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy
• Documenting processes and sharing expertise with colleagues, mentoring peers to become Subject Matter Experts

• *Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-4 years of experience with SQL and data manipulation
• 1-2 years of experience with Tableau and data visualization
• Business operations fluency, with a strong understanding of supply chain and transportation principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

While not required, advanced experience with SQL, Tableau, and scripting languages (Python preferred) will be highly valued. Additionally, experience with e-commerce operations, parcel service operations, or related fields will be beneficial. Familiarity with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep, will also be an asset.
