- Manage GIS data and produce maps using Esri software, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online
- Collaborate with Tennessee State Parks staff and various divisions to drive data-driven decisions
- Contribute to innovative GIS projects and provide expert advice on cartographic design and geospatial analysis
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date GIS databases and maps
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
