  • *Job Responsibilities:**

As an Experienced Data Entry Support Specialist at careerzynith, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • **Data Management:** Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, including entering required grant data into NRS to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines.
  • **Data Security:** Maintain required security of student data in compliance with FERPA, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
  • **Error Checking and Data Clean-up:** Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting and minimize errors.
  • **Task Prioritization:** Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
  • **Student Outcomes:** Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, to inform program improvements and enhance student success.
  • **Administrative Support:** Participate in staff meetings and professional development, scan documents and labels items, inventory supplies, perform basic word processing, organize digital files and materials, and prepare mailings and assist with filing.
  • **Collaboration:** Work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals and objectives, communicating effectively and providing exceptional support to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • *Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • **Education:** High School diploma or GED required
  • **Technical Skills:** Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, MS Office Software, and Excel
  • **Soft Skills:** Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy, plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, communicate effectively, work cooperatively with others, and work under pressure with frequent interruptions
  • **Physical Requirements:** Ability to sit and/or remain in a stationary position for long periods of time, exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
