As a Data Entry Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and customer support functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering shipment data into careerzynith software systems, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Monitoring tracking and shipping statuses, updating details in real-time to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Assisting with organizing and processing shipments, including labels, customs forms, and other necessary documentation.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, tracking issues, or data discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing general administrative support, including managing spreadsheets, reports, and inventory updates.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection standards to ensure the security of sensitive information.
- Troubleshooting minor issues with careerzynith systems and shipments to resolve problems efficiently.
- Assisting with additional tasks as needed, including data analysis and reporting to support business growth and improvement.
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
- Experience with UPS or similar shipping platforms is a plus, but not required. We're open to training the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
