- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
- Communicating effectively with EAP Worklife customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service
- Staying updated on industry trends and changes in policies and procedures related to EAP Worklife services
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries
- Promoting the well-being of careerzynith's employees by providing support and resources through the EAP Worklife program
- Adhering to company standards and guidelines for customer service and confidentiality
