- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Email Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Managing client-specific data using various resources, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Communicating customer complaint trends and feedback to management, providing actionable insights to drive business growth
- Performing basic customer account transactions, including account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Maintaining performance standards and confidentiality, adhering to established procedures and company policies
- Adapting to changes while remaining productive in a fast-paced team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Following established procedures and company policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and careerzynith's standards
- *Additional Responsibilities**
In addition to the key responsibilities outlined above, this role may also involve:
- Performing other customer service functions, such as responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to provide seamless customer experiences
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- *Education and Qualifications**
- High School diploma or equivalent required; background in customer service is advantageous
- Basic proficiency in PC use and skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong verbal and written English communication abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Minimum typing speed requirement: 20-25 words per minute; experience with using a 10key is preferred
- Competence in basic math skills, with ability to perform calculations and data analysis
- *Training and Development**
- Virtual training via Microsoft Teams, with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support
- Training schedule: December 2 - December 13 (Monday - Friday, 1-8pm or 2-9pm); December 16- January 3 (Monday - Friday, 1-8pm); January 6 - January 17 (Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm); January 6 - January 24 (Monday - Friday, 4-9pm)
- *Work Schedule**
- 20-40 hour work schedules available, with flexibility to work Monday - Friday (8:00am - 9pm), Saturday (8:00am-3:00pm), and Sunday (11:00am-9:00pm)
- Remote work available, with access to careerzynith's virtual workspace and collaboration tools
- *Compensation and Benefits**
- Base wage: $14.50/hour
- Shift differential: 2nd Shift ($0.75/hour for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis); Weekend Shift ($3.75/hour for hours worked between 3am Saturday to 11pm Sunday)
