- *Essential Qualifications**
To succeed as an Email/Chat Support Executive at careerzynith, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Graduation is mandatory (10+ three years of diploma can also apply)
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
