You'll work closely with cross-functional professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers.   • *About the Role**

As an Enterprise Principal Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing deep, trusting relationships with our Enterprise customers to drive strategic partnerships and growth
  • Providing thought leadership and strategic planning to expand existing accounts and identify new opportunities
  • Navigating complex challenges and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Collaborating with Account Management to drive account health, growth, and expansion opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with customers at various levels, from leadership to technical teams
  • Developing a deep understanding of careerzynith products and processes to drive positive business outcomes for our customers
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Support, and Executives, to complete customer goals and provide visibility and/or escalations
  • *What You Bring**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of customer success/account management/sales experience in a B2B software technology company, preferably in the HR tech industry
  • A strong customer focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer success
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizations to maintain and expand relationships at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A bias toward action, with the ability to extend influence and drive action without direct authority
  • Experience with applications like Salesforce, Google Apps, and basic analytics using tools like Google Sheets and Looker
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% as needed for customer-facing or internal team meetings
