• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Product Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our product testing and development process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
• Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
• Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
• Participating in private chat rooms that may be opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
• Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
• Utilizing MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) for some In-Home Usage Tests projects

• *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Ability to follow specific instructions and maintain attention to detail
• Curious spirit and willingness to learn
• Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
• Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
• Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
• Honesty and reliability
• Good communication skills (an asset)
• 18 years or older

• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Previous experience in product testing or market research
• Familiarity with MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
