As an Expeditor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of aircraft parts, collaborating with external vendors, and maintaining accurate records. • *Key Responsibilities**

• Collaborate with external vendors to expedite the delivery of aircraft parts, ensuring compliance with careerzynith's quality standards.
• Work with AOG orders as required, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
• Provide past-due notifications to vendors, ensuring prompt action and resolution.
• Handle maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to ensure the availability of materials required.
• Provide transportation and development data to large workgroups, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Revise FMR or log pages with current vehicle data, maintaining accurate records.
• Create and revise Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams, ensuring high-quality output.
• Maintain accurate buying records and information within buying software programs.
• Assist Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status.
• Collaborate with internal divisions and vendors to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantity.
• Assist Managers in resolving receipt issues.
• Collaborate with Vendor Managers to identify and mitigate potential risks.

• *Essential Qualifications**

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/management.
• Strong background in Inventory Management and Expedited Shipping.
• Long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Operations Management, or Finance.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or expeditor role or production network understanding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/management.
• Experience with inventory management software and systems.
