As a Fluent English Back Office & Customer Care Executive at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Writing professional emails to clients and stakeholders
  • Performing daily administrative and marketing tasks as assigned by clients, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Communicating effectively with clients via email and other communication tools, demonstrating professionalism and clarity
  • Utilizing basic Excel, MS Word, and other computer skills to manage tasks
  • Maintaining a reliable internet connection and a functional computer/laptop to work efficiently from home
  • Demonstrating fluency in English, with a clear and professional US accent
